แจ้งการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขการให้คะแนนสะสม ณ ร้านค้าและหมวด MCC ตามที่กำหนด ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2565
 
บริษัท เจเนอรัล คาร์ด เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) ผู้ให้บริการบัตรเครดิตเซ็นทรัล เดอะวัน ขอแจ้งการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขการให้คะแนนสะสม (คะแนนเดอะวัน) โดยจะยกเว้นการให้คะแนนสะสมเดอะวันสำหรับยอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิต เซ็นทรัล เดอะวัน ที่เกิดขึ้น ณ ร้านค้าและสำหรับรหัส MCC ของเครือข่ายมาสเตอร์การ์ดตามที่กำหนด โดยการปรับเปลี่ยนดังกล่าวจะมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2565 เป็นต้นไป ดังนี้
 

1. ยอดใช้จ่าย ณ ร้านค้าที่ลงทะเบียนกับเครือข่ายมาสเตอร์การ์ดในฐานะร้านค้าในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (ไม่รวมเขตบริหารพิเศษ เช่น ฮ่องกง มาเก๊า) ทั้งนี้ ไม่นับรวมยอดใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการทำรายการเป็นสกุลเงินท้องถิ่น โดยไม่แสดงบัตร (Card Not Present) เช่น ยอดใช้จ่ายออนไลน์ ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ยังคงให้คะแนนสะสมตามปกติ
2. ยอดใช้จ่ายสำหรับหมวดภายใต้รหัส MCC ของเครือข่ายมาสเตอร์การ์ด ดังต่อไปนี้
   • รหัส MCC 4900 Utilities-Electric, Gas, Heating Oil, Sanitary, Water (หมวดค่าใช้จ่ายสาธารณูปโภค)
   • รหัส MCC 9211 Court Costs & Alimony & Child Support (หมวดค่าใช้จ่ายในศาล)
   • รหัส MCC 9222 Fines (หมวดค่าปรับ)
   • รหัส MCC 9223 Bail and Bond Payments (หมวดการชำระเงินประกันตัว/กองทุน, พันธบัตร)
   • รหัส MCC 9311 Tax Payments (หมวดค่าภาษี)
   • รหัส MCC 9399 Government Services -not elsewhere classified (หมวดค่าบริการของราชการ)
   • รหัส MCC 9402 Postal Services - Government Only (หมวดค่าบริการไปรษณีย์ของราชการ)
   • รหัส MCC 9405 Intra-Government Purchases -Government Only (หมวดค่าจัดซื้อภายในราชการ)
   • รหัส MCC 4111 Local and Suburban Commuter Passenger Transportation, Including Ferries (หมวดการคมนาคมขนส่งผู้โดยสารระหว่างตัวเมืองและชานเมือง รวมถึง เรือข้ามฟาก)
   • รหัส MCC 4112 Passenger Railways (หมวดผู้โดยสารทางรถไฟ เช่น การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย และ บริษัท รถไฟฟ้า ร.ฟ.ท. จำกัด)
   • รหัส MCC 4131 Bus Lines (หมวดการเดินรถประจำทาง เช่น องค์การขนส่งมวลชนกรุงเทพ, และบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด)
   • รหัส MCC 4784 Tolls and Bridge Fees (หมวดค่าธรรมเนียมผ่านทาง เช่น การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย, กรมทางหลวง, บริษัท ทางด่วนและรถไฟฟ้ากรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน), และบริษัท ยกระดับดอนเมือง จำกัด ผ่านอุปกรณ์ Easy Pass และ M Pass (RFID))

General Card Services Ltd. (the “Company”), a service provider of Central The 1 Credit Card, would like to inform you that, with effect as from 1 May 2022 onwards, spending via Central The 1 Credit Card at merchants and under MCC Code of MasterCard as listed below shall not be calculated for The 1 point.
 

1. Spending at merchants registered with MasterCard as merchants in People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding Special Administrative Regions ex. Hong Kong, Macau) shall not be calculated for The 1 point . However, spending with original currency from card not present transaction, e.g. online purchase, shall still be calculated for The 1 point as usual.
2. Spending at merchants in Category registered under any of the following MCC Codes of MasterCard:
   • MCC 4900 Utilities-Electric, Gas, Heating Oil, Sanitary, Water
   • MCC 9211 Court Costs & Alimony & Child Support
   • MCC 9222 Fines
   • MCC 9223 Bail and Bond Payments
   • MCC 9311 Tax Payments
   • MCC 9399 Government Services -not elsewhere classified
   • MCC 9402 Postal Services - Government Only
   • MCC 9405 Intra-Government Purchases -Government Only
   • MCC 4111 Local and Suburban Commuter Passenger Transportation, Including Ferries
   • MCC 4112 Passenger Railways, for example, State Railway of Thailand (SRT) and SRT Electric Train Company (SRTET)
   • MCC 4131 Bus Lines, for example, Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) and The Transport Co. Ltd
   • MCC 4784 Tolls and Bridge Fees, for example, Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), Department of Highway (DOH), BEM and Don Muang Tollway Public Company, via Easy Pass and M Pass tollway radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags
