By signing below, I, as a primary card applicant, and/or the supplementary card applicant (“I”) hereby acknowledge and agree that this application represents my application for Central The 1 Credit Card (the “Credit Card”) and membership in The 1 (“The 1 Membership”). I agree, acknowledge and consent to the following terms and conditions.
Approval of the Credit Card is subject to the sole discretion of General Card Services Ltd. (“GCS”) and approval of The 1 Membership is subject to the sole discretion of The 1 Central Ltd. (“The 1”). If I currently have The 1 Membership, I agree to allow GCS to identify The 1 Membership number on my Credit Card. If I have not had The 1 Membership yet, I agree to allow The 1 to determine The 1 Membership number and identify it on my Credit Card. In case where my credit card application is not approved by GCS, all copies, photographs, electronic data or facsimiles made pursuant to the consents given herein shall still be deemed to have had effect as an application for membership in The 1 Membership.
I acknowledge that spending amount of payments made via Credit Card in accordance with prescribed conditions will be calculated for The 1 Membership’s accumulated points, namely The 1 Point. Conditions regarding awarding of The 1 Point shall be as prescribed by GCS and The 1. In case where I return products or reject payment transaction from which The 1 Points have been awarded, I agree that The 1 may deduct The 1 Points received by me from my The 1 Membership account or if I have already redeemed for any reward using such The 1 Points, I agree to return the reward or cash in the amount equivalent to value or price of such reward or agree that value or price of the reward may be charged to my credit card account.
I agree that GCS and The 1 have the right to reject this application or revoke the Credit Card or The 1 Membership. In case of rejection of Credit Card application, I may request the return of the application’s supporting documents within 30 days from, the date or rejection. However, if The 1 Membership is approved, I consent to The 1’s making copies of such supporting documents.
I hereby consent to GCS’s disclosure, exchange, delivery and/or transfer of my personal data and any other information in relation to me to/with companies in Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited’s financial business group as listed on the website https://www.krungsri.com/en/about-krungsri/about-us/subsidiaries, outsourcers, outsourcers’ agents, sub-contractors, government authorities, business partners. In addition, I consent to GCS’s disclosure and exchange of my personal data with information stored in GCS’s database and business partners issuing a co-branded product, which include The 1 and Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (“CRC”) and its affiliated companies, including any assignees of rights and/or obligations of the said companies, financial institutions, risk management companies, data collection or data processing business operators and entities providing supporting services to GCS, for the purpose of consideration of my credit application and credit assessment, performance of contracts made between GCS and me, digital identity verification, notification, debt collection and for proceeding in compliance with the laws.
I acknowledge and agree that GCS may assign other persons to proceed with collection of my debts for GCS and also allow GCS and/or its agents to contact and/or disclose my information and/or my information in relation to my debts to any assigned persons for purposes of collection of my debts, and agree that GCS shall be entitled to receive debt repayment made by any other person as GCS deems appropriate.
I agree to be bound by terms and conditions of the use of Credit Card stipulated by GCS made available on its website and/or other channels supplied by GCS. I accept that GCS may reject my application and, in such case, I am entitled to a return of my application’s supporting documents within 30 days from the date of rejection.
I hereby confirm that I have read and understood GCS’s privacy notice made available by GCS through its communication channels which include GCS’s website https://www.centralthe1card.com/th/PDPA/PrivacyNotice-Customer.html, which I can access by scanning the QR Code available in this application form.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to be bound by terms and conditions of The 1 Membership in all respects, and understood and acknowledged The 1’s privacy notice regarding personal data made available on The 1’s website which I can access by scanning the QR Code available in this application form.
